    Returns and Refunds policy If you are not happy with your purchase, wish to return your order(s), please notify us by sending an e-mail to  prior to returning your purchase(s). You can return your order(s) within 14 days of the order shipment date for a full refund or 30 days for an exchange. Any return goods must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. You may return any regularly priced item for a refund within 14 days of receipt or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. *For the return or exchange service, the buyer is responsible for the return postage. We are not responsible for any lost packages as well as packages damaged during transit back to DESIGNED BY NEVILLE. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance before sending your return.  If an item is damaged or defective, we will either replace it or offer a full refund including return shipping costs. To expedite return service, e-mail us a photo of damage / defect. The replacement or refund will be issued once the damaged / defective item has been received at DESIGNED BY NEVILLE  office and processed by our staff. DESIGNED BY NEVILLE  will inspect all returned items carefully prior to making a final determination as to whether to issue a refund or exchange. If the item is not in new, unused condition, or if we cannot locate the damage or defect as the buyer described, DESIGNED BY NEVILLE  reserves the right to offer a partial, rather than a full refund. Refund will be made back to the original form of payment within 48hours of after DESIGNED BY NEVILLE  receives the returned item(s). MAKING A RETURN 1. You MUST include the packing slip with your (item(s) or your return/ exchange cannot be processed. 2. Circle the items being returned and mark the appropriate return code. 3. Securely and seal your item(s) and invoice in an appropriate shipping box. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
